Lucy is responsible for sales and marketing – speaking with new landlords and ensuring that we reach tenants through all available channels. |

Julie – Admin Manager
Julie is the first point of call with landlords – keeping them up to date on what’s happening in their properties. She chases tracks the rents receivable and is first point of call for tenants. |

Andy – Lettings Negotiator
Andy arranges and conducting viewings, checking tenants in and answering any questions they have about their room/house. |

Carrie – Lettings Negotiator
Carrie arranges and conducting viewings, checking tenants in and answering any questions they have about their room/house. |

Jayne – Lettings Co-ordinator
Jayne keeps everything organised – progressing applications, creating contracts, arranging move-ins and ensuring any cleaning and maintenance is completed before the start of a tenancy. |

Gemma – Maintenance Co-ordinator
Gemma keeps the maintenance team organised, logging issues, arranging quotes, letting tenants know when maintenance or contractors will be visiting and tracking that tasks are completed. |

Levi – Compliance Co-ordinator
Levi keeps all the safety certificates in order, monitoring renewals, arranging contractors, arranging access with tenants and ensuring that any remedial work which comes up is quoted and carried out to keep everyone safe. |

Imran – Administrator
Imran keeps up data up to date – adding charges, tracking key performance indicators and creating reports to help us run the business. |

Becky – Property Manager
Becky is out and about all the time, visiting properties to check all is in order and meeting tenants to discuss any issues. |

Emma – Accounts administrator
Emma keeps track of all the “ins and outs” through the bank – tracking receipts and adding charges to landlord statements. |

Miranda – Marketing Manager
Miranda is is the creative force behind our marketing and social media presence. |

Pawel – Maintenance Team
Pav is our in-house maintenance guy – if a problem is reported, he’ll go and see it first. He can turn his hand to most things and is equally handy with technical issues as he is unblocking drains! |

Matt – Maintenance Team
Matt is our man with a van – making sure everything’s in the right place at the right time. He is also great with flat pack furniture and painting walls. |

Adam – Maintenance Team
Adam’s another all-rounder in our maintenance team but most likely to be found painting walls, fixing things back to walls or fitting flooring. |

Andy – Maintenance Team
Andy’s our out-of-hours guy – great at dealing with lockouts, electrical and technical issues and general fault-finding.

Pete – Maintenance Team
Pete’s our flat pack wizard but he can also turn his hand to garden maintenance and fix almost anything! |

Jimmy – Maintenance Team
Jimmy takes care of the gardens at all our properties – although when it rains we do let him do some indoor jobs! |

Mo – Senior Office Dog
Mo’s an old boy now so generally keeps himself to himself and let’s Nala do the running around – although he’s pretty good at letting us know when there’s a delivery at the door with his loud bark – often to the postman’s surprise! |

Malcolm – Office Dog
Malcolm’s responsible for security – he loves watching the CCTV monitor with Russ like a bond villain dog! Watch out for his side-eye look! |

Nala – Junior Office Dog
Nala the young pup, incredibly sociable and loves when we have visitors in the office – especially if they bring treats! |
